•   但是有一些食材中国是很难找到的,或者质量很差.但是这本书本身介绍的内容还算比较真实正宗. 虽然有些tapas不全是西班牙的,有很多fusion
•   英文虽能看懂，但是没有详细的制作图片。而且菜的花样不觉得很诱人。有些做法还不如中式做法吃好/多样，比如海鲜类的。
