  荒漠化是目前世界范围内主要环境问题之一,其后果就是大量可耕地的丧失和生态环境的退化,因此,在干旱与半干旱地区如何防治荒漠化、建立稳定的生态系统是目前国内外科学研究的热点问题。中、德、以色列的科学家为此开展了大量的研究工作,于2004年9月在北京召开了第一届中德“干旱半干旱地区生态系统恢复与稳定性”研讨会。本论文集系统地介绍了中国、德国和以色列干旱与半干旱地区沙漠化防治和生态系统恢复、保护的基本情况和先进方法、措施。旨在为世界各国的国土资源部门、灾害控制部门、各地方单位的工程技术人员以及相关院校的师生提供参考。
