作者简介

　　Kathy Schwalbe　于美国明尼苏达大学获得博士学位，现为奥古斯堡学院企业管理系副教授，讲授项目管理、系统分析与设计、信息系统项目和电子商务等课程。在1991年进入学术界以前，她做过系统分析师、项目经理、高级工程师以及信息技术咨询顾问等。她还是美国项目管理协会（PMI）的活跃成员。
