•   国际贸易实务（双语）仅仅是英语，希望以后准确表达产品，以便客户了解。谢谢，
•   本书立足于国际社会商事仲裁立法与实践，深入系统地研究了商事仲裁法的基本理论，剖析了我国商事仲裁立法与实践的现状与不足，并提出了诸多完善建议。
  　　本书共八章。第一章导论，论述了选择性争议解决方式、商事仲裁的概念和特点、商事仲裁的性质、商事仲裁的价值、商事仲裁简史及商事仲裁法的基本原则等问题；第二章仲裁协议，阐述了商事仲裁的概念和类型、仲裁协议的效力等基本知识，着重论述了仲裁协议的形式与内容、仲裁协议的有效性及其认定、仲裁协议独立性理论、仲裁庭管辖权自决原则、诉讼程序的中止和强制执行仲裁协议等问题；第三章仲裁庭，全面深入地论述了仲裁庭的成员、仲裁庭的组成及重组等问题；第四章、第五章分别对商事仲裁的普通程序和简易程序进行了探讨；第六章仲裁裁决，论述了仲裁裁决的概念和类型、仲裁裁决的作出、裁决的承认与执行、裁决的撤销程序等问题；第七章国际商事仲裁的法律适用，主要论述国际商事仲裁中仲裁协议、仲裁程序以及仲裁实体问题的法律适用问题；第八章在线仲裁，研究了在线仲裁中的法律问题及其解决，提出构建我国在线仲裁机制的设想和建议。

•   还不错哦！ 就是里面全部是英文比较吃力
•   很有用啊！！
•   不是双语，但因教师要求才买的
•   不是英汉对照的，只有后边两三页有中文，不过内容还是挺具体的，英文基础好的话，看这本书不会成问题！
•   全英文的不过比较容易理解适合自学参考
•   被骗了，不是双语介绍，虽然英文比较简单（chineseenglish），但是还是被骗了。
•   此书有问题,内容陈旧,不能反映UCP600中的一些精神.
•   明明写的是双语，我收到书后，发现书里面全部是英文．．有种被骗的感觉！
