Since the publication of my lecture notes, Functional Differential Equations in the Applied Mathematical Sciences series, many new developments have occurred. As a consequence, it was decided not to make a few corrections and additions for a second edition of those notes, but to present a more comprehensive theory. The present work attempts to consolidate those elements of the theory which have stabilized and also to include recent directions of research.

•   Jack Hale 绝对这方向的大牛，这教材也是很难啊
•   挺好看的 对学习专业知识很有用的
•   泛函微分方程的教材太少了，而且这本教材编写的时间相对泛函微分方程的发展来说，显得有点早。但是这并不影响人们学习泛函微分方程，Jack Hale是无穷维动力系统的领军人物，同时也是泛函微分方程的领军人物。所以，这本书还是有一定价值。
  读者要读这本书，要具备复变函数或者是复分析的知识。要不有些要用到解析函数的性质等这类知识，你会有很多地方看不懂，读起来很吃力。这是我读前面两三章的体会。
  如果国内能引进Jack Hale1993年写的泛函微分方程这本新书（书名我忘了），那对学习泛函微分方程的人来说是帮助很大。
•   已经过时的研究方向了，不过做为微分方程来说，是必须了解的一本书，如果能够做到流形上去还有的前途。
•   整体都很好，就是字太小，英文字号小很费眼睛
•   发货速度很快！不过世图的书纸张差了一点！
•   速度挺快,就是有一点点破损,还好不印象阅读.
•   很好，送货上门，很快捷
•   适合做工程理论研究的人员细细推敲
•   这本书送到我手上时，封面有点无痕，可能是在配送途中弄脏的。
  这本书很专业，对于在这方面从事研究应用工作的人来说很有用，还有一点是，这本书应该翻译作“泛函微分方程理论”。
