作者简介

　　托马斯·伯根特尔（Thomas Buergenthal）：乔治·华盛顿大学法学院教授，研究方向为国际法与比较法，该校国际法治中心执行主任，在国际法、人权法和比较法领域著述颇丰。 　　肖恩·D·墨菲（Sean D. Murphy）：乔治·华盛顿大学法学院副教授，美国国际法学会执行委员。主要的教学和研究领域为国际法、国际环境法，箸有《人道主义介入：世界秩序演变下的联合国》、《美国国际法实践》等。
