•   涉外家政服务员必看的书，学过以后英文（日常生活对话）应该没问题。
•   英语很简单，都是实用对话。
•   还没时间仔细看，初略的翻看，感觉应该较为实用。
•   这本书的难度对于家政人员来说有难度，而且英语句式很陈旧，不适合英语基础较差的家政人员阅读，学习起来会很困难的！
•   内容实用，但是没音标，也没磁带或光碟，只有文字。很难用于自学啊。
