And now more than 20cities in China have declared either to goin for logistics or to invest big inconstructing huge logistic centers.Tom： I learn from the newspapers thatsome major enterprises in logistics, suchas China Rail Co. and Shanghai Lianhua,are the leading members in the fieldsince China entered the WTO in 2001.Do you think China's inclusion in theWTO made any difference？Bill: It gave great impetus to thedevelopment of logistics in China. In therecent years, the Ministry of ForeignEconomy and Trade Relations issued anotice which explicitly stipulated Jiangsu,Zhejiang, Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai,Tianjin,and Shenzhen are the places forexperiments in logistics.　　……
