内容概要

　　《财务报告分析》是财务会计专业和相邻专业的重要课程。财务报告是一种商业语言，它传达了有关经济实体的财务状况、盈利能力和现金流状况等方面的财务信息，是相关人士做出投资和信贷等重要决策的基础和依据。不懂得如何分析财务报告，就无法理解和把握财务报告所传达的信息。目前，各国财务报告的种类和基本内容已趋于一致，但在报告的框架和报表结构等诸多方面，还存在许多差异。此外，报表项目的确认和计量原则及方法方面的差异也不容忽视。
　　《财务报告分析实训教程(双语)》立足于西方国家尤其是美国的会计模式，阐述财务报告的基本构成及财务分析的基本思路和方法，并提供了足量的实训题目和部分习题答案。基础知识介绍部分采用英汉对照方式，以帮助英语基础薄弱的读者理解相关知识点；实训部分采用全英文方式，训练读者运用英文进行财务报告阅读和分析的能力。
　　《财务报告分析实训教程(双语)》共分七章。第一章介绍有关财务报告基础知识，包括财务报告和财务报表的关系、美国证券交易委员会的披露系统、基本财务报表、复式记账系统和会计循环以及报表要素确认和计量的原则。第二章介绍财务分析的基础步骤和主要方法。第三章和第四章阐述短期和长期偿债能力分析的基本方法。第五章是盈利能力分析，基于不同投入资本的盈利指标的比较是本章重点关注的内容。第六章阐述投资者特别关注的一些财务指标，如每股盈利和股利支付相关指标等。第七章总结《财务报告分析实训教程(双语)》，侧重于综合分析训练。
　　《财务报告分析实训教程(双语)》是北京市特色专业建设点——北方工业大学会计学专业和北京市优秀教学团队——会计学专业系列课程教学团队的建设成果之一。《财务报告分析实训教程(双语)》的出版得到了北京市教委专项经费的资助和支持。

•   看中的中英文对照，虽然例子有点过时，但是对于初学者来说，还是一本很不错的书，既接触到国外的会计政策，也能看懂港台的报表
•   很适合初学者，而且也不枯燥。实用性强
