词汇是每个英文学习者必须突破的瓶颈。很多学习者为了掌握单词，往往随身带—本词汇手册，—有空闲就背几个单词，他们属于辛苦劳作的。问题是他们往往容易只背单词的意思，忽视词与词之间的横向联系；如果不了解词的用法，使用时往往出错，结果则是事倍功半，英文水平没有很大提高。     基于以上的考虑，加之大学英语四、六级考试中词汇题的比例越来越大，我们编写了《大学英语近义词辨析手册》一书。书中详细辨析了四、六级考纲中的形近词，同时附了大量的四、六级真题模拟考题，目的在于让读者明了每组词的用法，同时有机会练习，强化记忆。
