　　If it's important for students to wear uniforms, should it be impor-tant for teachers to wear uniforms, either？ The answer is" yes". Here are three reasons why they should:　　First, uniforms help create team spirit. Teachers in school aremumbers of the team and wearing uniforms could help them becomemore responsible. It would show that they are proud of the school and proud to work there.　　Second, uniforms should help the teachers gain more respect from their students. In the army, for example, an officer's uniform is very im-portant to show the authority over other soldiers.
