版权页：插图：Article 1 These Regulations are formulated for the purposes of strengtheningadministration of the biosafety in pathogenic microorganism laboratories （hereinafterreferred to as laboratories）and protecting the health of laboratory staff and thepublic.Article 2 These Regulations are applicable to administration of the biosafety inlaboratories and of the laboratory activities conducted by such laboratories within theterritory of the People's Republic of China.The term pathogenic microorganisms in these Regulations means organisms thatare pathogenic to human beings or animals.The term laboratory activities in these Regulations means teaching, testing,diagnosis and other activities related to bacteria （virus） strains or samples of pathogenicmicroorganisms that are conducted by a laboratory.
