　　在国际贸易的交易中，运输方式及运输方面的条款的协商是必不可少的。运输方式包括公路运输、铁路运输、海洋运输和国际多式联运，等等。其中海洋运输在国际贸易中是最广泛使用的运输方式。买卖双方在签定合同的时候必须明确相关的装运条款，例如装运时间、装运港口、目的港、运输方式、分批装运、转船等。适当快捷的运输方式是保证货物安全到达买方的必要条件。　　In the process of transportation and circulation，packing is regarded as a viml segment，which is more important in international trade than in domestic trade.To some extent，packingis a kind of art.On the one hand，packages should reach importers in perfect shape，even ifthey meet with nasty storm or other kinds ofbad weather during the roughest joumey.And noexporter would expect to find their goods damaged or partly missing on arrival.On the otherhand，commodities should be kept in good condition for the protection of their quality andquantity.Therefore，packing is considered as a means of promotion to attract more customersSO that advantages could be obtained in such a highly competitive market.There are twoforms of packing： out packing or large packing，i.e_packing for transportation，2）innerpacking or small packing，i.e.package or packing for sale.　　……
