  1. For transactions concluded on CIF basis, the insurance coverage will be for110% of the invoice value against the risks specified in the Sales Confirmation; Ifadditional coverage is required by the buyer, the buyer must have the consent of theseller before shipment, and the additional premium is to be borne by the buyer.  2. Quality and quantity discrepancy. In case of quality discrepancy, the buyer maylodge a claim against the seller within 60 days after the arrival of goods at the port ofdestination. In case of quantity discrepancy, the buyer may lodge a claim against theseller within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination, but theclaim should be supported by reports issued by a recognized public surveyor approvedby the seller, and the seller shall not be liable for any discrepancies attributable to theinsurance company, shipping company, other transportation organisation or post office.  3. The seller shall not be held liable for failure or delay in the delivery of theentire lot or a portion of the goods under this Sales Confirmation in consequence ofany force majeure indicates.  4. The buyer is requested to quote the number of this Sales Confirmation in theLetter of Credit opened in favour of the seller.  5. Upon receipt of the Sales Confirmation, the buyer is requested to sign andreturn one copy of the Sales Confirmation immediately. Objection, if any, should beraised by the buyer within five days after the receipt of this Sales Confirmation,otherwise, it is assumed that the buyer has accepted all the terms and conditions of thisSales Confirmation. Above general terms and conditions are integral parts of this SalesConfirmation.  ……
