　　詹姆斯·E·莫利泰尔诺生于1953年8月21俄亥俄州扬斯敦，1977年获得扬斯敦大学理学士学位，1980年在阿克伦学院获得法学博士，1980年获得俄亥俄州西弗吉尼亚律师资格。莫利泰尔诺现任威廉·玛丽法学院法学教授，担任的课程有：法律职业技能，律师职业责任，证据法。
