内容概要

　　本书由综述、特别关注、行业概况、企业概况、产品与项目、标准化、统计资料和大事记8个部分组成，集中反映电器工业38个子行业的生产发展、产品产量、市场销售、科技成果及新产品、质量及标准、基本建设及技术改造等情况，公布电器工业权威统计数据，重点推出行业品牌企业。《中国电器工业年鉴》自1998年创刊以来，已连续出版14期，现已成为国内外了解中国电器工业和企业的重要窗口。《中国电器工业年鉴》的主要发行对象为政府决策机构，电器工业相关企业决策者，从事市场规划、企业规划的中高层管理人员。同时，《中国电器工业年鉴》也发往国内外的投资机构、银行及证券机构等。《中国电器工业年鉴》2011年刊除保持常规内容外，还针对“十二五”时期电器工业的发展态势开辟了“特别关注”栏目，总结“十一五”时期的成就与经验，展望“十二五”期间的发展目标。

版权页：插图：一、建立科学的产业结构调整机制，促进行业健康发展鼓励企业兼并重组，形成“大而强”的龙头企业和“专精特”的中小企业；在条件成熟行业或地区开展产业集聚地建设。完善部分“产能过剩”行业企业的市场退出机制；加强信贷管理，优化金融资源配置，支持产业结构调整。设立产业发展基金和产业化专项资金，重点支持高端装备制造业；建立高端装备制造业协调机制，研究制定高端装备制造业相关政策。二、加大行业基础与共性技术研究投入，不断完善技术创新体系积极推进新型科研院所改革试点，发挥转制科研院所在基础、共性技术研发体系中的作用；加强产品可靠性研究力度。加快建设一批带动性强的国家级工程研究中心、工程技术研究中心、工程实验室等，提升企业产品开发、制造、试验、检测能力。建立重大技术装备试验基地（工程），通过（工程）实际运行为发电设备和输变电设备首台（套）、关键辅机和配件提供验证。三、进一步落实国产首台（套）优惠政策，鼓励支持自主创新在某些国家重点工程以及一些地区工程项目中存在拒绝使用国产装备的现象，为了解决这一问题，促进国产装备的实际应用，以及更好地鼓励国内企业自主创新，对创新成果的实际应用给予支持，建议有关部门进一步落实国家关于使用国产首台（套）重大装备的优惠政策。四、鼓励企业向产业链的两端延伸，培育生产性服务业目前电器工业的绝大多数企业都处于产业链的制造环节，基本属于只向用户提供产品的产品供应商，同能够提供成套设备、工程承包和系统服务的著名跨国公司相比还有很大差距，企业的盈利能力和经济效益也处于较低水平。因此发展制造服务业，向产业链两端延伸，加速结构调整，提高经济效益无疑是企业今后发展的一个方向。五、建立共性技术研究体系，加快人才培养力度（一）建立国家级电工共性技术研究开发机构争取国家部分投资，借助生产企业、科研院所和大专院校的一部分科技力量、资金和设施，建立电工创新技术联盟，加强电气领域应用科学、共性技术及重点产品的研发，解决共性技术研发能力薄弱问题。
